Mountain Park Racquet & Fitness Club has a full compliment of cardiovascular and resistance equipment including free weights and CYBEX machines. We offer a variety of drop-in exercise classes which are included in your monthly dues. In addition to our free regularly scheduled classes, we offer occasional special events and workshops for a small fee. An orientation will help you use our facilities with your personal health, safety and fitness goals in mind.
The Club’s Fitness Director, Holly Howard and Personal Trainers, Tanya Goble, Isaiah Howard-Cox, and Leno Pugh are available for Fitness Assessments and Personal Training in addition to weight room orientations. Kate Dessommes, our yoga instructor, also offers individual training.
