Fitness - WEIGHT ROOM ORIENTATION

An orientation will help you properly use the equipment with your personal health, safety and fitness goals in mind. This 45-minute walk-through on the equipment is given by certified instructor Tanya Goble.

WEIGHT ROOM ORIENTATION

* Every Tuesday at 7:15 PM

* First Saturday of each month at 9:45 AM

* By appointment--sign up in the Activities Book at the Service Desk

All adult members are encouraged to take advantage of the free orientation. All junior members, ages 12 through 18, are required to have an orientation before using the weight room. No one under the age of 12 years is allowed inside the weight room.
